CairnView Cottage with its spacious lounge and open plan kitchen has three spacious bedrooms all en-suite, one bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds with en-suite bath and wc. The upper two bedrooms one with a double bed and en-suite shower and wc and
the third bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower and wc.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer plus utility room with washing machine, the cottage has a separate dining area with beautiful views of the Cairngorm Mountains and the lounge is equipped with tv, video, dvd and sound system.

There is off road parking for up to three vehicles and a large rear garden totally fenced off with picnic tables and Barbecue, there is also disabled access for wheelchairs to the rear of the cottage.
